This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of a large-scale telemarketing platform, encompassing database management, operational workflows, CRM systems, infrastructure capabilities, and telephony systems. The individual will lead a highly experienced professional team and collaborate closely with the IT and MIS departments to ensure successful project delivery and seamless business-as-usual (BAU) operations.  Additionally, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external audits related to the telemarketing platform. A proactive approach, strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and a can-do mindset are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilites :

Data Analytics
- Develop and execute analytics frameworks to drive business growth in areas such as lead generation, lead performance, sales performance, and renewal performance.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and improve operational outcomes.

Reporting
- Design and deliver both business-as-usual (BAU) and ad-hoc reports with precision and timeliness.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and reliability to support business teams in decision-making.

Technology & Tools
- Enhance reporting efficiency by leveraging advanced tools such as Power BI, SQL, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead initiatives to implement new technologies (e.g., Power BI, MS Access, SQL) that improve productivity and accelerate user workflows.

Database Management
- Design, manage, and optimize database processes to ensure seamless data flow across multiple platforms.
- Oversee data integration from lead generation to policy management for both AH and PC units, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for future business needs.- Operations Oversight
- Supervise daily operations of the Leads Administration team, ensuring all SLAs are met in lead management and data flow.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner effectively with Sales, MIS, and IT teams to gather requirements, refine solutions, and deliver results.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives.

Strategic Support
- Provide management with data-driven intelligence to guide decision-making and long-term planning.

 

Qualifications :

-Bachelor degree in IT related field

- English proficiency in the scale that is able to work with foreigners in writing, speaking, reading. 

-Over 5 years of proven experience in data analytics, reporting, and database management, particularly within environments involving complex and diverse data sources.

- Demonstrated success in partnering closely with IT departments to define business requirements, validate use cases, and develop solutions that effectively bridge technical capabilities with business needs.

Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.

- Prior experience in telemarketing within the insurance sector is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and challenges.

- Skilled in leading teams to leverage advanced tools such as Power BI, Excel, MS Access, and SQL to streamline daily operations, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
