About the Job

We are seeking a high-impact Strategy & Transformation Lead to drive our organizational shift toward a mature DevSecOps culture.  You will act as the bridge between executive leadership and technical engineering teams, ensuring that security and speed are integrated seamlessly into our software delivery lifecycle.The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset (Big 4 background preferred), possessing the ability to diagnose organizational bottlenecks, design strategic roadmaps, and manage complex stakeholder relationships to drive adoption across the enterprise.

What you do

Strategy & Roadmap Design

  • Define and own the DevSecOps Target Operating Model (TOM), aligning technical initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Assess the current state ("As-Is") of software delivery and security practices; design the "To-Be" architecture and process flows.
  • Develop the transformation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver immediate value while building long-term resilience.

Transformation & Change Management

  • Lead the cultural transformation required to break down silos between Development, Security, and Operations teams.
  • Design and implement change management frameworks to ensure high adoption rates of new tools and methodologies.
  • Drive the "Shift Left" mentality, ensuring security is embedded at the earliest stages of the development lifecycle.

Governance & Performance Management

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics (e.g., DORA metrics) to measure the success, velocity, and security posture of the transformation.
  • Prepare and present executive-level steering committee updates, highlighting progress, risks, and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal risk controls throughout the automation process.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and IT Heads, articulating the business value of DevSecOps investments.
  • Facilitate workshops and working groups to resolve conflicts and align priorities across cross-functional teams.

AI Integration

  • Utilize AI technologies to analyze data and generate insights that support strategic planning and transformation efforts.

 

What you bring

  • Experience: 7–10+ years of professional experience in IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting
  • Consulting Background: Strong preference for candidates with a background in "Big 4" (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Architecture and Application Security .
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and translate complex technical concepts into executive summaries.
  • Frameworks: Proficiency with Agile, Lean, ITIL, and Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct authority (matrix management).
  • Extensive Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance service industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
