Role overview

We are looking for an experienced IS Solution Architect – AI Security to drive the design, governance, and evolution of security architectures for AI/ML systems and Generative AI deployments. The role combines deep technical expertise in AI-specific threats and platform security with strong governance capabilities — ensuring robust security controls across model lifecycles, data pipelines, LLM deployments, and AI services while enabling compliant, trustworthy AI adoption across the enterprise.

What you do:

  • Design and maintain enterprise AI security architectures: securing model training, data pipelines, inference endpoints, and MLOps workflows — aligned with Zero Trust principles and addressing AI-specific threats including prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, adversarial examples, and supply chain attacks.
  • Provide architectural guidance on securing AI/ML platforms and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, Hugging Face) and LLM/GenAI deployments including RAG pipeline security, LLM API access controls, prompt injection defenses, output filtering, context isolation, and AI gateway architectures.
  • Draft, review, and maintain AI/ML security policies, model risk standards, and technical baselines aligned with EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF; support formal governance processes for model deployment approvals, AI risk assessments, and risk acceptance sign-off workflows.
  • Define and track KPIs/KRIs for AI security posture (model risk coverage, AI policy compliance rates, vulnerability exposure in AI pipelines) and present governance reporting to security committees and senior leadership.
  • Contribute to or lead AI security design authority and architecture review board (ARB) processes for AI/ML workloads and GenAI deployments; act as security advisor to AI/data engineering teams and present architecture decisions and risk assessments to senior management.

What you bring:

  • Higher education degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI Security Architecture or Security Engineering in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems: model security, data pipeline protection, adversarial threat mitigation, and MLOps security integration.
  • Strong understanding of AI-specific threats and attack vectors: prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, membership inference, adversarial examples, and supply chain attacks on AI models.
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms and cloud AI services security (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, Hugging Face) — IAM controls, model isolation, secure inference endpoints.
  • Knowledge of LLM and GenAI security: RAG pipeline security, LLM API access controls, prompt injection defenses, output filtering, context isolation, and AI gateway architectures.
  • Familiarity with AI governance and compliance frameworks: EU AI Act risk classification, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and their implications for enterprise AI security controls.
  • Solid security foundations: API security, service mesh, IAM (least privilege for AI services), data security (encryption, tokenization, data residency), and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.

What we offer:

  • We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad
  • We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location)
  • From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered
  • Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach.
