Our Barcelona Hub works with Operating Entities and Group functions worldwide to coordinate strategic transformation priorities, establish effective governance and strengthen financial transparency.
As our Senior Finance & Pricing Transformation Analyst, you will help shape how a global business platform is priced, funded and financially managed. You will take ownership of pricing-model development, fee calculations, budgeting and performance insights, while partnering with senior stakeholders across an international organization.
This is not a purely reporting-focused position. You will have the opportunity to challenge assumptions, develop new approaches and turn complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.
What you do
- Develop and evolve the target pricing model, translating platform costs, usage drivers and business assumptions into a transparent, scalable and sustainable pricing approach
- Own recurring fee-calculation and allocation processes, including data validation, scenario modelling, quality assurance and the clear communication of outcomes to participating entities
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting, identify deviations and provide actionable financial insights to business and finance stakeholders
- Support funding and investment decisions by preparing business cases, financial scenarios and decision materials for senior governance committees
- Partner with Operating Entities and Group functions to align pricing assumptions, resolve financial questions and build commitment around shared outcomes
- Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations, turning complex financial, operational and performance data into concise and compelling management storylines
- Lead workshops and cross-functional workstreams, define actions, monitor progress and actively manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
- Improve finance and governance processes through standardization, automation, advanced analytics and practical applications of Generative AI
What you bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in finance, pricing, controlling, commercial management, consulting, transformation or program management.
- Experience developing or working with pricing, cost-allocation, charging or financial models.
- Strong financial acumen, including practical exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to build robust models, scenarios and decision-support analyses.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and the ability to create concise, executive-ready storylines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and move complex topics forward independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Practical experience using Generative AI to improve analysis, communication, automation or productivity.
It would be a plus if you have
- Experience in insurance, banking, financial services or a technology-enabled business.
- A background in finance transformation, controlling, commercial finance or consulting.
- Exposure to platform pricing, service charging, transfer-pricing principles or shared-service cost allocation.
- Experience preparing governance or steering-committee meetings and working with senior executives.
- Experience collaborating across countries, cultures and organizational boundaries.
