Administrative and operational roles at simplesurance are business-critical. As an Executive Assistant at simplesurance, you’ll play a key role in enabling smooth, structured, and efficient operations that support our company’s growth. You’ll collaborate across teams, contribute to high-quality execution, and help create the foundation that allows innovation and technology to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise meetings and manage the complex and dynamic calendars of multiple Managing Directors.
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travels, including short-notice requests.
  • Provide proactive administrational support to leadership, ensuring prioritisation and responsiveness to urgent matters.
  • Work closely with the Head of Managing Directors Office to support in preparing high-quality presentations (PowerPoint) and meeting materials.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide support in the organisation of corporate events, and workshops as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership (e.g. Managing Directors, C-Level, or equivalent) in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage complexity and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with high discretion, professionalism, and stakeholder sensitivity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured, executive-ready presentations.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
