Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the financial aspects of the project, including budget planning and cost monitoring.
- Generating true-ups (comparison of planned versus actual values) on project progress and providing revenue and cost summaries for monthly closings.
- Making predictions about future developments based on current trends and data.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with contracts and agreement
- Contributing to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Bring to the Team
- Advanced analytical skills and Excel proficiency, with a focus on clarity and precision in execution
- Business-level fluency in German (B1–C1) and English, with clear and confident cross-functional communication
- Ownership mindset — comfortable leading projects and identifying areas for improvement without needing hand-holding
- A structured yet adaptable team player who brings energy, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
- Creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and finding better ways to optimize
