Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as the main contact for project partners across all phases—from tender participation to scoping, implementation, and managing the business relationship
• Lead diverse project teams, moderate high-level meetings, and present complex IT topics to various audiences
• Prioritise and communicate partner and stakeholder requirements to Product and Engineering—covering backend processes to user-facing features
• Plan and drive IT projects end-to-end using both Agile and classic methodologies
• Maintain project timelines and documentation, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy

Bring to the Team 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with key stakeholders
• Can lead complex projects while maintaining clear oversight of timelines, deliverables, and potential risks
• Disciplined approach to documentation and has excellent coordination skills, and a hands-on mindset
• Ability to understand technical processes, data structures, and user experience flows
• Experience working in a structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven way
