Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the API platform strategy, translating business vision into a capability-driven roadmap.
- Unify two product domains into one scalable, standardized digital platform with clear ownership and governance.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, establishing a high-performing, platform-focused operating model.
- Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable API architecture (REST, event-driven, orchestration) across multiple operational entities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Architecture, Security, and country stakeholders to deliver scalable, SLA-driven platform products.
Bring to the Team
- Proven experience leading platform or API-first products in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of API architecture (REST, event-driven systems, integration layers, versioning, SLAs) and product lifecycle governance.
- Experience operating in regulated environments with awareness of compliance, data governance, and security implications.
- Ability to navigate matrixed organizations, align diverse stakeholders, and balance standardization with local flexibility.
- Strategic, structured thinker who combines architectural literacy with strong execution and confident decision-making.
