About the Job
We’re looking for a motivated Working Student to join our People & Organisation team and make a real impact from day one. In this role, you’ll take ownership of meaningful tasks with genuine responsibility while gaining hands-on experience across the Human Resources lifecycle. You’ll not only support our daily operations but also contribute to improving processes and driving projects forward.

While your main focus will be HR Operations, you’ll also support other People topics and gain valuable cross-functional exposure. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all HR operational tasks including contract management, onboarding, employment certificates.
- Ensure a high data quality as well as compliance with HR processes & guidelines.
- Support HR administrative activities, particularly handling communication with health insurance providers and preparing reference letters.
- Act as the first point of contact for the team members regarding HR operations-related requests.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Office Manager and support with the recruitment or events.
Bring to the Team
- Enrolled student in Bachelor’s or early Master’s
- Strong collaborative mindset, curiosity to learn and a high-quality attitude.
- Empathetic communication, high approachability, proactive working style and interest in working with people.
- Fluent English skills as it is our company language, and German skills (C1).
