Head Office Location: AGL Head Office, Maple House, Temple Road, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

Main Purpose of the Job

This role will support the Head of Information Security with operational activities.The increasing maturity of AGL’s and the Group Target Operating Model leads to an increasing number of operational IT and Information Security processes that need to be developed and maintained in BAU.

Key Performance Measures

These activities can be largely divided into the areas of:

 

Information Technology

 

  • Operational, support and end user communication activities
    • related to AGL owned applications and
    • related to shared services provided by Allianz Technology as AGL’s IT Service Provider
  • IT related change and adoption activities
  • IT Project Portfolio Manager support
  • IT Supply & Contract Manager support 
  • IT Economics Manager support (e.g., support with invoice reviews)
  • Workplace strategy execution support & Project Management support
  • IT Incident Management support
  • IT Change and Adoption Manager support: Support with Change and Adoption Management of new IT Service Provider Services in collaboration with the IT Service Provider Workplace Manager
  • Support with the Management of third-party business applications through IT Service Management processes, including supporting the Business Owners of those business applications with the needed tasks.
  • Third party control assurance (fit gap assessment)

 

Information Security

 

  • Information Security related operational and communication activities
  • Identity and Access Management Business Operations support, e.g., support with: 
    • Administrative execution of business role lifecycle management within Business Operations tooling 
    • Maintenance of segregation of duties matrices  
    • Support Line Managers to grant secure user accesses in a timely and efficient manner by implementing and managing a user access model according to the IAM Target Operating Model 
  • Support operational Information Security processes, e.g., in Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security Posture Management, Third Party Cyber Risk Management

 

IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)

 

  • Update and maintain the ITSCM framework (fit gap assessment, ITSCM multi-year test plan, DR reporting, ITSCM strategy)

 

Cookie Management

 

Technical Cookie Management support

  • Support the cookie compliance on the AGL websites and portals with cookie classification and maintenance activities
  • Support with cookie consent management and cookie classification related to the AGL portals and websites

Internal: Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, Head of Retained IT / Information Security, Chief Information Security Officer, Other relevant departments, Group expert functions

External: IT Service Provider, Third-party vendors

Business Competencies

 

Education & Qualifications

 

  • L7 degree in computer sciences, business or comparable on the job experience
  • ITIL Foundation advantageous
  • CompTIA CySA+ or comparable advantageous

 

Professional Competence

 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT / Information Security Operations

 

Product and Technical Knowledge

 

  • Sound knowledge of ITSM processes
  • Sound Information Technology knowledge
  • Sound Information Security knowledge
