What you do
Develop and maintain controls and analyses that provide governance insights to regional BUs, internal and external clients, aligned with their respective business areas, serving as the focal point for leadership and the relevant LOB Head(s)
Your duties and responsibilities
- Actively participate in implementation processes and bidding (BIDs), validating client proposals with a focus on operational information processes.
- Monitor and analyze key operational performance indicators (KPIs), helping to propose and drive continuous improvement actions for operational processes.
- Maintain regular contact and collaboration with the global performance office for BU performance reporting and alignment with global direction.
- Proactively participate in and/or lead the implementation of new tools, processes, and work methods for the regional performance team, including new technologies and improvements to existing processes.
- Support local and regional teams in daily activities, proposing and assisting in the implementation of solutions for day-to-day issues and tasks
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in science fields.
- Data Analysis:
- Ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of data to extract relevant insights and guide actions.
- In-depth knowledge of the assistance process.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally knowledge of Power BI and Data base language (SQL),
- Passion for dealing with numbers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with operational managers and clients, acting as the focal point for their reporting and data needs.
- Effective Communication:
- Skill in clearly and concisely conveying complex information, both verbally and in writing.
- Must have good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Teamwork: Effective collaboration with local and global teams to achieve shared goals.
- Proactivity: Capacity to identify problems and improvement opportunities, proposing innovative solutions
