Role Description
With our business experiencing growth, we are prioritising customer retention and expanding our team to achieve this objective. We are looking for a self-motivated problem solver to join us at this exciting juncture.
In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our retention strategy aimed at increasing customer renewals and reducing cancellations. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will develop and implement innovative initiatives across various lines of business within Allianz Personal to improve customer experience and retention.
This is a hybrid role, with options to work from any of our UK offices, with a requirement to be in the office for two days each month.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £50,000 per annum. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
- Acting as a retention expert, creating, owning, and delivering activities that ensure customer engagement and optimal experiences across all touchpoints.
- Analysing customer data to identify opportunities for improving retention and reducing cancellations. You will leverage customer journey insights to propose, own, and implement changes, maintaining excellent reporting to support Trading and Marketing decisions.
- Monitoring critical retention figures, including highlighting and investigating causes of any declines.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate change, and sharing best practices from other OEs within Allianz.
- Assisting senior leaders, including the Head of Trading, with meeting documentation, deputising as needed, and presenting insights and proposals to stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Experience in customer retention, with the ability to contribute from day one and a willingness to keep learning.
- Proven ability to work independently, with a proactive mindset and a passion for problem solving.
- Team-oriented with solid communication, stakeholder engagement, and matrix management skills.
- Skilled in data analysis and insight-driven decision making.
- Excellent written communication and creative skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
