Role Description

Allianz have a new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive covering our Bournemouth offices on a hybrid basis.

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the in-house marketing team to execute best in-class digital marketing campaigns across all distribution channels to drive incremental growth.

Reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the team to support in executing our digital marketing strategy across various growth channels to deliver against our business growth plans. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of our in-house SEO and paid marketing activity as well as supporting the management of our Affiliates marketing agency.

Salary Information

Pay: Circa £30,000 per year.

 

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You

  • To support the marketing team in executing best in-class campaigns across multiple digital channels that drive incremental growth across our Direct line of business.
  • Support the marketing team to make data-driven decisions based on commercial results, moving marketing budget between activity to drive efficient growth.
  • Work closely with agencies and in house teams to ensure we’re staying ahead and utilising the latest platform features and strategies.
  • You will constantly keep up to date with industry news, highlighting new market trends and features that can help deliver better results.
  • Support with performance planning and channel roadmaps where necessary to ensure we’re on track to exceed targets.
  • Build strong internal collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Uphold legal and regulatory compliance with relevant industry bodies, codes of practice and Regulators.
  • You will utilise our AI initiatives to make tasks more efficient and to generate better marketing performance

 

Essential Skills

  • Digital marketing experience within an internal team or agency background
  • A fast learner with a ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion to actively improve marketing knowledge
  • Confidence and ability to deal with colleagues at various levels across the business
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal & relationship building skills
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills where decisions will be data-led.
  • Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interact and influence at a senior level.
  • Desire to constantly seek improvements and deliver excellence.
  • Ability to work at pace and with great attention to detail
  • Have excellent organisational skills

 

Desirable Skills

  • Experience managing an agency relationship.
  • Paid media channel experience within an in-house or agency background.
  • Experience and understanding of the insurance market desirable, including up-to-date understanding of appropriate regulation, and a commitment to adhere to relevant compliance standards..
  • Experience using Facebook Ads.
  • Experience using SA360.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, PowerBi and reporting visualisation tools.
