What you do
1. 规划团队销售活动,负责团队的任务分解追踪、业务品质管理,达成各项考核指标;
2. 负责所辖团队日常管理工作,负责日常业务督导,对下辖业务经理实施培训、辅导,提升其销售技能;
3. 经营和维护与公司的合作银行之间的关系;
4. 完成公司及部门交办的其他工作。
What you bring
1. 大学本科及以上学历;
2. 10年及以上保险行业从业经验,其中5年以上团队管理经验。
