Branch Bancassurance Business Support

What you do

1. 配合人力资源部对BOR人员进行面试工作，完成PIP计划的实施，制定及落实网点异动、考勤和活动管理制度；对品质管理工作的实施状态进行监控，协助业评会完成相关品质管理执行工作，对典型投诉事件的归类汇报总结及案例汇编；

2. 管理及维护银保通相关推进工作，依据MIS系统提供的各项业务经营数据，诊断各项销售经营指标、绩效模块和数据分析，定期追踪、提升各项销售经营指标，对ADOS异常问题及时反馈和解决；

3. 根据分公司及SSC情况，根据公司规定对费用预算进行编制工作，对各项业务推动费用及方案的申请、报销和台帐作有效的管理、兑现、监控及产品费用切割报备、合理对BOR方面的费用管理及费用的使用作进度追踪；

4. 与总部保持良好及时的沟通，对新产品上市的单证征订工作统一部署，协调分公司层面保单行政及售后对照会件、续收问题件，电话回访问题件的跟踪沟通工作

5. 落实监管部门的各项要求，配合法务、内审部门进行渠道内部自查工作，严格合法合规经营；

6. 及时处理渠道客户投诉，维护公司信誉，提高客户满意度；

7. 处理渠道销售过程中的特殊问题，提高工作时效，满足上渠道和银行网点销售人员的满意度；

8. 主管分配的其他工作任务。 

What you bring

1. 统招本科及以上学历,工商管理专业优先考虑，大学英语4级及以上水平，有较强的英文理解能力；

2. 2年及以上银保业务相关工作经验，丰富的销售管理和人员管理经验；

3. 较强的定性,定量分析工作能力；

4. 有一定同业交流联络网；

5. 优秀的沟通能力；

6. 熟练应用各类办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT）；

7. 具备人工智能相关的技能者优先。
