What you do

1. 培训课程的实施

- 能够按照总部银保培训负责人的安排，熟练的教授指定课程；

- 培训分公司兼职讲师，使他们能够有资格教授课程；

- 按要求培训分公司银保渠道员工及合作银行的员工；

- 不断提高课程的设计和教授能力。

2. 培训课程的开发和维护

- 协助识别培训需求，并提出相应建议；

- 按要求协助开发设计培训课程/材料；

- 识别由于市场或实务操作的变化而需要修正的现有培训课程，并提出修正方案；

- 对修正过的课程进行再培训，以维持讲师们对课程的熟练程度。

3. 交流分享

- 深入一线销售人员交流，了解业务情况和需求，及时按照总公司的规定制定销售话术并开发培训课程，销售话术及培训课件内容管理遵循《银保渠道培训管理办法》；

- 积极地促进和推动与分公司员工间的知识共享。

4. 风险管理，道德规范

- 确保法律法规、监管规章制度、从业规则标准、职业道德规范融入到培训资料设计和课程教授过程中； 

- 促进银保专业性，企业文化和价值贯穿整个培训和教授内容。

5. 关系管理

- 协助总部银保培训负责人为员工和关键的合作银行设计年度培训计划；

- 与所有支持银保渠道的部门/公司员工建立友好关系，并与之高效合作。 

6.主管交办的其它工作事项。 

What you bring

1. 统招本科以上学历，保险、金融、市场等专业优先；

2. 沟通表达流利，有一定英文听说读写能力；

3. 5年及以上工作经验，其中至少2年专职于保险产品培训经验；

4. 具有撰写和设计培训材料、教授课程的经验；

5. 了解不同的培训体系，能在多文化环境下工作；

6. 具备人工智能相关的技能者优先。
