What you do

 

1. 日常运营相关申请的受理、申请材料初审、信息录入、照会下发和回复、扫描作业;

2. 日常单证管理、客户业务档案临时管理、业务相关邮寄交接;

3. 日常销售人员和客户的咨询、查询服务;

4. 日常运营服务相关业务追踪、报表支持、业务宣导培训、作业品质控制及服务质量控制;

5. 机构运营服务相关监管报表、报告工作;

6. 客户接待、投诉业务处理、跟踪及相关数据统计、报表和报告工作;

7. 机构运营职能范围的保单质检和体检预约服务;

8. 机构运营职能范围的销售行政工作支持和咨询服务;

9. 机构续期业务的支持和配合;

10. 协助主管组织和落实所在机构各项消费者权益保护工作的要求 ;

11. 其他主管交办的工作。 

 

What you bring

 

1. 本科及以上学历;

2. 3年以上保险公司从业经验,有保险运营服务经验优先;

3. 相关知识和技能要求:基本英语读写能力、熟悉办公软件使用。
