Our Product & Underwriting team is growing, and we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Senior Pricing & Insurance Risk Analyst. What you will do
- Conduct pricing activities: assess reliability of data, evaluate insurance risk, and create pricing proposals.
- Analyse risks, collect data, monitor trends and assess their impact on premiums.
- Prepare statistical reports, pricing analyses and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure pricing consistency with group guidelines and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Product and Finance teams on product development and improvements.
- Work with international colleagues and participate in cross-country projects.
- Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance analysis and optimisation ideas.
- Work with global tools such as SalesForce, SQL, PowerBI, Excel and internal pricing platforms.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, underwriting, insurance risk assessment or related analytical roles.
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to interpret data and assess risk.
- Experience in Insurance Industry.
- Good knowledge of SQL and MS Excel; experience with pricing or actuarial tools as Radar is a plus.
- Attention to detail, independence and a sense of ownership.
- English at C1 level for daily communication in an international team
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share ideas and insights.
- Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT.
