About the Job
As Head of Commercial Service Management, you play an important role in leading financial strategy and service optimization within the CE region, ensuring compliance and adapting to industry trends. Your leadership will drive high-performance and ensure effective problem-solving in commercial service management.
What you do
- Assist the Team Lead in overseeing the CSM activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, ensuring high-performance.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and take responsibility for cost and revenue controlling of individual services in all CE entities.
- Take responsibility for Planning and forecasting of services in CE region.
- Be responsible for solving customer related issues in the scope of commercial service management.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and manage and support regulatory audits/investigations.
- Planning and forecasting: management, coordination of team members, quality checks.
What you bring
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with strong ownership.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- IFRS knowledge is a must.
- Minimum experience of 7 years in Controlling.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
