About the Job

As a Transformation Manager at Allianz, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of both application and infrastructure change and transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project pipeline, collaborating closely with Account Management and IT functions to ensure seamless integration and execution. Your role will also encompass progress reporting and stakeholder management, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the transformation journey.

What you do

Directly responsible for success of both application and infrastructure change/transformation.
Orchestrate program team consisting of ring-fenced resources of IT and/or support functions and associated customer experts to deliver the transformation program.
Steer and lead programs/projects as Program/Project Lead.
Responsible for E-2-E project pipeline management in alignment with Account Management, IT functions etc.
Responsible for the progress reporting and stakeholder management of the transformation program.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is essential.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale transformation projects, preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors.
Proven track record in program and project management, with successful delivery of complex initiatives.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and progress reporting, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles.
Solid understanding of application and infrastructure change management, alongside proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent leadership abilities to orchestrate cross-functional teams, coupled with exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ready to identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use
