Role Overview

As a Quality Analyst reporting to the Country Quality Manager - AU/NZ, you would ensure operational excellence through monitoring and supervision activities across the value chain.

 

Key Responsibilities

Audit and Monitoring

  • Conduct internal/external monitoring activities and audits
  • Review records, reports, operating practices, and supporting documentation
  • Perform control testing, closed file reviews, and exception report monitoring

 

Analysis and Improvement

  • Conduct root cause analysis and track recommendations to completion
  • Provide recommendations for ongoing process improvements
  • Support the establishment of appropriate monitoring processes and tools

 

Compliance Management

  • Ensure reviews comply with relevant legislation, standards, and policies
  • Maintain accurate records and provide appropriate information
  • Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders

 

Remediation

  • Establish and monitor remediation plans to completion
  • Escalate findings and potential breaches within required timeframes
  • Facilitate prompt corrective actions

 

Process Governance

  • Support documentation according to Process and Control Governance Framework
  • Promote framework adherence
  • Recommend recovery actions and monitor leakage through control testing

 

Additional Duties

  • Contribute to improvement initiatives and projects
  • Respond to customer information requests in a timely manner

 

Qualifications and Skills Required

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance or Auditing (or ability to develop these skills)
  • Compliance or auditing qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Needs analysis experience preferred
  • ISO 9001:2015 experience desired

 

Technical Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Experience with systems like MIDAS/Caseman, SAPB1, or Proda
