Claims Consultant – Home Repairs - Multiple Opportunities

About the Role
Are you passionate about helping people when they need it most? Join our team as a Claims Consultant – Home Repairs, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting customers through the home insurance claims journey—turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end property claims, coordinating repairs and working closely with customers, builders, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of home insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement
- Coordinate repair works with builders, trades and suppliers
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to customers during what can be a stressful time
- Assess claims in line with policy coverage and make informed decisions
- Monitor repair progress, ensuring quality, cost and time expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, assessors and external partners
- Identify risks, resolve issues and deliver outstanding service outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in claims, insurance, construction, or property (preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence making decisions and negotiating outcomes
