About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them through a range of enquiries—from everyday questions to more complex situations.

Using your communication skills, problem-solving ability, and digital tools, you’ll help deliver efficient, personalised customer experiences that make a real difference.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and care
  • Understand customer needs and deliver accurate, timely resolutions
  • Record interactions and case details in CRM systems in real time
  • Manage enquiries end-to-end, ensuring follow-through
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence using systems and digital tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player
  • Year 12 (or equivalent)

Customer service or call centre experience is highly regarded but not essential.


Working Arrangements

Part-Time Hours (20 Hours Per Week)

  • Monday to Friday only – no weekend work
  • 5 days per week
  • 4-hour rotational shifts between 6:00am – 11:00am
  • Perfect for early risers or those seeking work-life balance

Training Requirement (Full-Time)

To set you up for success, you must be available for:

  • 2 weeks full-time training (in-office)
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

After training, you will transition into your part-time roster.


Hybrid Working

Following successful completion of your 6-month probation:

  • Work from home up to 3 days per week
  • 2 days in the office
