About the Role

Join Allianz Partners as a Customer Service Consultant within our 24/7 Travel Assistance team, where no two days are the same. In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you’ll support customers when they need us most—delivering timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance across a range of travel-related situations.

You’ll work in a collaborative, digitally enabled environment, using modern systems and tools to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong human touch.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide end-to-end customer support for travel assistance enquiries in a 24/7 environment
  • Manage high-volume interactions across calls and digital channels with professionalism and empathy
  • Assess situations, solve problems, and coordinate appropriate solutions in real time
  • Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to deliver seamless service
  • Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and quality assurance standards at all times
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (insurance, travel, or emergency services highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Confident problem-solver with sound judgement and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic, outcome-driven environment
  • Comfortable using digital systems and adapting to evolving technologies
  • Resilience and composure when working under pressure
