About the Role

Join Allianz Partners as a Customer Service Consultant in our Travel Helpdesk team. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting customers with travel-related enquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across phone-based interactions
  • Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate resolutions
  • Promote customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle complex enquiries and complaints, escalating where required
  • Provide clear and consistent information on products, services, and entitlements
  • Verify customer eligibility and coordinate service delivery
  • Maintain accurate call notes and incident records
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and personal development

What You Bring

Qualifications

  • Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent)
  • Certificate III/IV in Telecommunications (advantageous)
  • A strong commitment to ongoing learning and development

Technical Skills

  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Good typing and computer literacy skills
