Allianz Partners is seeking the expertise of an experienced Account Manager across our  International Health Lob, focusing on education and migration agents.

The role involves managing and developing accounts, establishing new business opportunities, gathering market intelligence, and handling administration, reporting, and client presentations. Additionally, the Account Manager is responsible for ensuring risk and compliance, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

The role is a fixed term contract till Jan 2027. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Management and Development of Accounts:

  • Manage designated accounts according to the Allianz Partners Sales and Distribution Account Management Framework.
  • Conduct annual reviews and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Coordinate interactions with accounts, including commercial reviews, product updates, and new product rollouts.
  • Build internal relationships to support account development and management.

 

Establish New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct regular portfolio prospecting and verification for sales campaigns and portfolio growth.
  • Assist in framing, planning, and executing the growth agenda for Sales and Distribution.
  • Develop relationships that may provide future business opportunities and maximize gross margins.

 

Market Intelligence:

  • Develop and share industry, market, and customer intelligence within the organization.
  • Monitor and report on competitor behaviors and conduct research to improve service.
  • Administration, Reporting, and Client Presentation:
  • Create and conduct client presentations and proposals.
  • Manage report production to build deeper client insights and value.
  • Deliver monthly client meeting reports and maintain management reporting suites.

 

Risk and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and internal obligations.
  • Identify and communicate risk and compliance exposures, including fraud and corruption.
  • Participate in risk management reviews and integrate compliance obligations into business practices.

 

Stakeholder Relationships:

  • Agree on change management plans and communication strategies with stakeholders.
  • Nurture stakeholder partnerships to improve business outcomes.
  • Engage partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Profile Key Requirements:

  • Strong background in Sales or Account/Relationship Management within a large commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed KPIs and sales/revenue targets.
  • Experience in developing client relationships and identifying additional revenue streams.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing projects and tenders is highly regarded.
  • Resilience and a proactive attitude.

This role requires a strategic approach to account management, focusing on growth, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and business development.
