We’re looking for a Large Loss Repair Administrator to join our high‑performing team and play a key role in delivering efficient, customer-centric and technology-enabled claims outcomes.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of property repair claims end‑to‑end, working closely with builders and trades to deliver outstanding results.
You’ll leverage insight-led decision making, performance analytics, and smart process optimisation to drive improvements in cost, service delivery, and turnaround times.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage insurance repair claims across their full lifecycle
- Partner with builders and trades to ensure KPI performance, accountability, and quality outcomes
- Use data insights and reporting dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive cost optimisation and efficiency gains across repair processes
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear, empathetic communication
- Resolve issues and complaints with a solution-focused, agile mindset
- Support compliance with WHS and industry regulations (GICOP)
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in property claims or insurance
- Strong understanding of end-to-end claims management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use multiple systems and adapt to digital platforms and emerging technologies
- High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset
- Confident communicator who can influence and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
- Understanding of WHS requirements in the building/repair space (desirable)
- Desktop assessing or repair management experience (advantageous)
