About the Role
In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you’ll deliver patient-centred care in a non-traditional setting—leveraging telehealth and digital case management systems to provide critical support when it matters most.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing telephonic clinical advice to travellers experiencing health concerns abroad
- Managing end-to-end medical assistance cases, including assessing reports and coordinating care globally
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contributing to continuous improvement and digitally enabled workflows
What You’ll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience
- Advanced Life Support certification (ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS highly regarded)
- Strong clinical judgement with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment
- Professional and empathetic telephone communication style
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days in the Brisbane office)
