What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted performance partner to Operations leaders, you'll play a critical role in delivering actionable insights and shaping the future of performance management across our global business.
You'll:
- Develop and deliver high-quality operational and performance reporting across multiple business lines and regions.
- Transform data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Drive reporting automation and process optimisation through modern analytics tools and AI-enabled solutions.
- Champion standardisation, harmonisation, and best-practice reporting frameworks across global teams.
- Build intuitive dashboards and executive reporting packs using leading BI platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and productivity improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, quality, and compliance across reporting processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reporting maturity.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and digital transformation.

What You'll Bring
Technical & Analytical Expertise
- Experience in Operations, Finance, Performance Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, Audit, or similar analytical environments.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex modelling and VBA.
- Strong capability in BI and data visualisation platforms such as Power BI.
- Experience working with SQL, databases, and large datasets.
- Python or other programming experience highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, performance management, forecasting, and business reporting.
AI & Digital Readiness
We're particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:
- AI literacy and curiosity around emerging technologies.
- Experience leveraging automation, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve business outcomes.
- Comfort working alongside Generative AI and Copilot technologies to enhance productivity and insight generation.
