  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key industry segments and prospective partners, using CRM systems and AI‑supported pipeline management tools to drive momentum.
  • Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, and Technology teams to influence product development, automation opportunities, and growth initiatives that support acquisition and long‑term value creation.

  • Monitor competitor behaviour, partnership models, and technology-enabled offerings, sharing insights with underwriting and broader stakeholders to inform strategic decision‑making.

Stakeholder & Change Leadership

  • Develop and deliver structured change management plans and communication strategies to support new partnerships and digitally enabled initiatives.
  • Set clear expectations, performance metrics, and outcomes with internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress through data and performance dashboards.
  • Partner collaboratively to deliver seamless, customer‑centric experiences, supported by process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets, leveraging data, analytics, and digital tools to optimise performance.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships from initial engagement through contract execution and ongoing partnership optimisation.
  • High level of problem‑solving capability, with the ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities using both qualitative insight and quantitative data.
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, and execution skills in fast‑paced, technology‑enabled environments.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, balancing multiple priorities, and delivering outcomes to tight deadlines.
  • Solid digital literacy and an interest in AI‑enabled workflows, automation, and smarter ways of working (hands‑on technical expertise not required).
