Operational Excellence & Quality Manager – Specialty Lines (Global Operations)

Allianz Partners is accelerating the growth of our Specialty Lines business worldwide. As part of Global Operations, our Specialty Lines team oversees three dynamic sub‑lines of business: Easy Living, MDDR, and Automotive Warranty. We are now looking for an experienced professional to strengthen our global Quality, Learning, and Operational Excellence capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a global environment, enjoys building frameworks that scale, and is passionate about driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across diverse markets.

⭐ What You Will Do

You will provide critical operational support to our global platform teams by ensuring strong Quality Management, robust governance, and best‑in‑class learning capabilities. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational performance, and regulatory compliance across a global organisation of ~1,000 employees.

Global Strategy & Local Execution

• Ensure compliance with Allianz Partners Standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements

• Lead Quality Management and Quality Assurance activities across Specialty Lines

• Monitor and report on key strategic KPIs (VOC, Customer Satisfaction, Complaints, operational metrics)

• Support global governance, tools, and reporting frameworks

Quality Management & Excellence

• Guarantee adherence to Quality, Claims, and Customer Protection standards

• Oversee timely and effective Complaints Management

• Foster a “oneTeam” culture across Specialty Lines by enabling global quality mechanisms

Learning & Development

• Provide clear guidelines and ensure execution of L&D initiatives aligned with strategic goals

• Contribute to training needs analysis, content creation, and certification programs

• Track and report on key learning metrics (e.g., learning hours)

Additional Operations Support

• Support APAC Excellence & Performance initiatives

• Contribute to Fraud Prevention, Leakage Control, Workforce Management, and Operations Analytics

🌟 What You Bring

• Experience in Quality Management, Operational Excellence, or similar roles

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, customer protection, and claims processes

• Ability to design and implement global frameworks in complex organisations

• Experience in Learning & Development or training program coordination

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with KPIs and operational data

• Collaborative approach and ability to work across cultures and regions
