Salary Information
Pay is based on the skills you demonstrate for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
- Undertakes instalment control activities, in accordance with the defined processes, to ensure prompt premium payment and to achieve agreed KPIs.
- Ensure instalment process and operational activities are adhered to within regulatory requirements.
- Handle internal and external customer queries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Builds effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Support effective and efficient collaboration between offshore and onshore teams.
- Ensure policy and procedures, workflow for assigned areas of responsibility, as well as archived records to satisfy audit and statutory requirements are maintained.
- Accurately complete and maintain manual reports using Excel.
- Provide Ad-hoc information that is required by the business in an ever changing environment
- Communicate effectively and promptly with Team & Team Leader to raise issues/concerns promptly with systems or processes and provide creative solutions to overcome challenges and minimize downtime.
Essential Skills
- Driven and solution oriented problem solver with high standards, attention to detail, an inquiring mind and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally with internal and external clients
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize your time and work independently.
- Positive team player who enjoys a challenge
- A minimum of Level 6 in GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent

Desirable Skills
- A-levels in the following subjects would be advantageous: Maths/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Computer Science/ Accounting.
