AI & Automation Specialist (HR)

Role Summary

As the AI & Automation Specialist for Allianz Benelux, you will act as the technical bridge between business strategy and digital execution. You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing scalable technology solutions—ranging from Generative AI applications to cloud-system optimisations. While situated within the People function, your focus is purely on the technology and data that empower our 2,000+ employees across the region.

Your Responsibilities

• AI Implementation: Lead the identification and deployment of AI use cases, including chatbots, predictive analytics, and document automation.

• System Architecture: Manage and configure our core People platforms (SuccessFactors), focusing on seamless integrations, API management, and UX.

• Data Governance: Design and maintain scalable data structures to ensure high-fidelity reporting and analytics.

• Technical Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary translator between operational needs and IT infrastructure requirements.

• Project Leadership: Drive the digital roadmap for Allianz Benelux through transversal projects focused on operational efficiency.

Your Profile

• Academic Background: A Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Technical Stack: Proven experience with cloud-based ecosystems, data integration (APIs), and automation frameworks (e.g., Power Automate, Python, or AI-specific tools).

• Analytical Rigour: The ability to deconstruct complex business processes and re-engineer them for simplicity and scale.

• Communication: Fluent in English (the primary language for our technical communities). Knowledge of Dutch or French is beneficial but not a prerequisite.

• No HR Experience Required: We provide the context; you provide the technical expertise.
