In this key position within the Benelux Corporate Actuarial Non-Life department, you'll focus on P&C lines of business, leveraging your expertise in reserving techniques and risk capital calculations. You'll perform essential actuarial tasks, such as calculating best estimates and risk capital, while preparing comprehensive reports that guide informed decision-making. Collaborate closely with diverse teams and act as a trusted business partner across various departments, bringing fresh perspectives and challenging the status quo.

What we look for?

We are seeking a proactive and pragmatic actuary with a Master's degree in Actuarial Science or a relevant quantitative field. You should have strong knowledge of triangle reserving techniques and experience in actuarial reporting or related roles. Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages (e.g., ResQ, R, Python, SAS) is essential. You must be fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch or French as a plus. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will interact with various departments and senior management. Experience with P&C insurance products and risk capital modeling is highly valued.
