As an HR Business Partner at Allianz Benelux, you will act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing comprehensive HR support that balances strategic initiatives with operational excellence. You will collaborate with managers and leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success, foster employee engagement, and build organizational capability. Serving as the primary HR point of contact, you will translate business needs into effective people solutions while working closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR services.

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Partnering: Serve as a key player in addressing people challenges and translating business strategies into HR solutions.
  • Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor in organizational challenges, redesigns, workforce evolution, leadership, culture, and transformation.
  • Business Integration: Bridge the gap between business and HR, ensuring alignment and buy-in for HR policies and initiatives.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborate with senior managers to support their development and enhance team management capabilities.
  • Budget & Workforce Management: Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, collaborating with HR data and Finance teams.

Your Profile?

 

You are an experienced HR professional with relevant experience in HR business partnering and in change management. Holding a Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, you possess strong strategic thinking, communication, and data skills. Your expertise includes talent management, performance management, workforce management, leadership development, and learning. You excel in conceptual thinking, interpersonal skills, and have a broad knowledge of HR domains and social legislation. Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of Dutch and French.
