As the Head of HR Business Partners Benelux, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic value to senior management. Your role involves translating business strategies into HR solutions, acting as a strategic advisor, and bridging the gap between business and HR. Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Partnering: Serve as a key player in addressing people challenges and translating business strategies into HR solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the HR Business Partner team to deliver strategic impact, guiding them in organizational redesigns, workforce evolution, and leadership development.
  • Talent Management: Challenge and partner on talent management exercises, engagement surveys, and performance management.
  • Business Collaboration: Bridge the gap between business and HR, creating buy-in for HR policies and initiatives.
  • Partnership Building: Work closely with senior managers to support their development and effective team management.
  • Decision-Making: Oversee talent management, performance management, and case management.
  • Budget & Workforce Management: Collaborate with HR data and Finance teams to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Team Development: Mentor and inspire the HRBP team, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • HR Policy Contribution: Contribute to HR strategy implementation, propose innovative initiatives, and respond to challenges.
  • Service Quality: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR services.
  • Inter-Team Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication between HR teams and seek internal synergies.
  • Leadership Reporting: Report to the HR Director, acting as a trusted advisor and presenting key topics to the board of management.

 

Your Profile?

 

You are a seasoned leader with extensive experience in HR business partnering, change management, and talent management. Holding a Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, you possess strong leadership and managerial skills. Your expertise includes strategic thinking, communication, coaching, and data skills, with a broad knowledge of different HR domains. You excel in building bridges between business and HR, driving change, and fostering a collaborative environment. Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
