Your Responsibilities

 

  • Manage strategic categories: Lead procurement across Marketing, IT, HR services, Legal, Tax Advisory, and Facilities with focus on high-value outsourcing agreements
  • Drive Source-to-Contract excellence: Oversee complex S2C processes from initial sourcing through contract execution and ongoing management
  • Shape service agreements: Define and negotiate Service Level Agreements that balance business needs with operational efficiency
  • Lead stakeholder engagement: Challenge preferences, align with global standards, and guide decision-makers toward optimal procurement solutions
  • Develop performance metrics: Create and manage KPIs that elevate regional procurement performance while aligning with global objectives
  • Ensure compliance: Navigate complex regulatory requirements including GDPR and DORA while maintaining procurement quality
  • Manage supplier relationships: Build strategic partnerships that deliver value while mitigating risks through effective contract management

 

Your Profile

 

You're an accomplished procurement professional with relevant experience managing strategic sourcing processes, preferably within financial services. Your background includes few years of regional or global procurement experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and align local initiatives with international strategies. Your educational foundation—whether in Engineering, Finance, or specialized International Procurement—is complemented by exceptional leadership skills and emotional intelligence. You excel at influencing stakeholders, from challenging maverick spending to negotiating complex Master Service Agreements. Your proactive, solution-oriented approach drives continuous improvement while your collaborative style builds lasting partnerships across functions. Fluency in French and strong English skills enable you to communicate effectively in our multicultural environment, with Dutch being a valuable addition. You're comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team success, and you thrive in the dynamic intersection of risk management, compliance, and strategic sourcing.
