Your Responsibilities

Product Development: Design, specify, and test new products and updates for profitability and alignment with customer needs

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and proactively identify bottlenecks

Practical Translation: Turn complex product details into clear processes and communications

In-Force Management: Analyse existing products and propose optimisation initiatives

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate product files, reports, and process flows

System Updates: Guide system adjustments from specification to implementation
Your Profile

Experience in life insurance with solid knowledge of financial, actuarial, and legal aspects

Strong analytical thinking, with a keen eye for market trends and customer needs

Ability to translate complex information into clear and understandable messages

A collaborative mindset and ease in working with multiple teams

Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, SAS, Excel, VBA, Delphi, R, or Python is a plus
