Are you ready to elevate your payroll expertise? Join the People & Culture team at Allianz Benelux and play a vital role in ensuring seamless payroll operations for approximately 800 employees across multiple entities and two Joint Industrial Committees.
Role Description
In this position, you will occupy a central role within a complex, dynamic HR environment. You will ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality payroll processing while serving as a trusted strategic partner for colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders. Your work will directly influence the employee experience and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Your Responsibilities

End-to-End Payroll Management: Oversee the full monthly payroll cycle (A–Z), including rigorous audits and quality control.

Workforce Organisation: Ensure the precise application of regulations regarding working hours, absences, and leave.

Legislative & Contractual Governance: Apply Collective Labour Agreements (CLAs) and social legislation; draft contracts and addenda; and manage administrative procedures with relevant authorities.

Benefits & Insurances: Act as the primary point of contact for group insurance queries and the (para-)fiscal treatment of benefits.

International Mobility: Manage cases involving cross-border employment in collaboration with external subject matter experts.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and complete employee records within HRIS (e-HR) systems and oversee reporting requirements.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Reward & Performance, Finance, and HR Business Partners to drive process optimisations and new payroll initiatives.
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience, supported by a proven track record in payroll and HR administration. You possess professional fluency in English, with a strong command of both Dutch and French.
You are an expert in Belgian social legislation, demonstrate high attention to detail, and possess a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in E-blox, Protime, and SuccessFactors is a significant advantage. You thrive in an environment that demands both individual autonomy and intensive cross-functional cooperation.
