Summary
The successful candidate will support the execution of defined asset management workstreams, including reporting, analysis, and stakeholder coordination, while progressively developing broader asset management expertise. Working closely with experienced asset managers, the role offers exposure to value creation initiatives, business plan execution, and digital transformation projects.
In addition, the position will contribute to the ongoing Digital Asset Manager transformation programme, including initiatives designed to strengthen our cybersecurity capabilities and respond to evolving investor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Asset Manager / Asset Management Analyst, you will:
- Manage assigned reporting and analytical workstreams across a portfolio of assets, including monthly dashboards, leasing summaries, and CAPEX tracking.
- Support asset business plan execution by maintaining action logs, monitoring key milestones, and tracking strategic assumptions while proactively escalating delays or data quality issues.
- Perform detailed asset-level analyses covering key performance indicators such as NOI performance, occupancy trends, arrears, service charges, and value creation initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for internal decision-making and client reporting.
- Support leasing and capital expenditure projects by analysing proposals, preparing recommendations, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking approval processes.
- Liaise with external property managers, leasing agents, technical advisors, and other service providers to ensure timely delivery of information and follow-up of agreed actions.
- Contribute to the Digital Asset Manager transformation programme and support initiatives related to innovation, digitalisation, and cybersecurity across the portfolio.
- Participate in the delivery of asset management strategies aimed at enhancing property performance and long-term value creation.

Key Requirements / Profile
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in real estate asset management.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ideally 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate asset management, investment management, valuation, property management, consulting, or a similar environment.
- Good understanding of real estate fundamentals, including leasing, operating expenses, capital expenditure management, and business planning.
- Knowledge of key asset management performance metrics such as NOI, occupancy rates, lease events, and WAULT.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in digital innovation, data-driven decision-making, and emerging technologies within real estate.
- Fluent Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
