Working hours: Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday, including two weekends per month.

The Role
You will support travelers and expatriates facing unexpected situations anywhere in the world.
Examples of assistance cases include:
- Hospitalizations abroad
- Arranging payment guarantees
- Organizing medical repatriations
- Supporting clients during family emergencies
Your responsibilities
- Assist insured customers by phone and coordinate solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage assistance cases from the initial contact through to resolution.
- Work closely with our international network of providers and partners to deliver effective support.
- Provide empathetic, customer-focused service during often challenging situations.
- Ensure accurate case management and documentation in our systems.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure seamless case handovers when required.
- Maintain high-quality service standards while managing multiple cases.
Your Profile

Fluent verbal and written English is essential, as you will provide support to customers in the UK market.
- Additional languages such as French or Dutch are considered an asset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, assistance, insurance, travel, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar customer-facing environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Flexible and willing to work in a rotating shift schedule, including two weekends per month.
- No medical background is required; you will be supported by our dedicated medical team, including doctors and nurses.
