Function
The Personal Assistance Service helps travelers and expatriates worldwide in all possible situations.
Some examples: assistance in case of hospitalization, arranging payment guarantees, organizing medical repatriations, or early returns due to family circumstances.
• Within our Personal Assistance Service, you will be responsible for helping insured individuals in need of assistance via phone, anywhere in the world.
• You assist our clients from the opening of a file to the satisfactory conclusion of diverse assistance requests. To achieve this, you will rely on our local or global network of service providers and correspondents.• You have only one aim: providing our clients with the most appropriate solution, with empathy.
• You manage cases with care so that the client does not have to worry about follow-up. You seamlessly navigate through contract conditions and processes.
• You record the commitments and contact you have with the client in our system.
• Your clear communication ensures a smooth transfer to your colleagues.
Together, we coordinate assistance requests 24/7. You’re one of the most vital links in our service delivery.
Profile
• You speak fluent English. French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• You have a few years of experience in a similar role or are a beginner eager to put your degree (minimum bachelor's level) and diligence at the service of our insured individuals in distress, for your own personal satisfaction.
• You gain energy from remote guidance to clients and strive to find solutions through warm phone contact.• You don’t need prior medical knowledge. You will be supported by our team of doctors and nurses.

• Work schedules in shifts, Monday to Sunday - between 7 AM and 10 PM at the latest;
