What will you do?

As manager of our dedicated Process, Transformation and Support team, you will supervise 5 skilled professionals responsible for IT Finance processes and tools management. You will steer accounting processes' refining and optimization and manage accounting transformation projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manages the Process, Transformation and Support team in monitoring daily activities, ensuring back-ups, developing team members.
  • Builds the accounting processes for future : governance, RACI, standardization, simplification and automation.
  • Leads the accounting transformation projects.
  • Secures dependencies and impacts from/with other IT projects (feedersystems decomissioning, IT transformation...) 
  • Develops AI usage within accounting (existing tools, dedicated use cases…)
  • Seeks cross-border collaboration to boost the quality of services delivered and create synergies

Is this you?

You have good technical knowledge and experience in Finance.  You also have leadership and ability to connect with others.

Furthermore, you bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance (accounting, controlling, actuarial, audit) and/or transformation.
  • A University Master Degree (preferably Accounting, Economics or Finance).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French (minimum B2) – Dutch would be a plus
  • A good knowledge of process transformation, automation and optimization would be highly appreciated
