We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented leader to join our team as Manager of Provider Invoice Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing provider invoice processes, supporting and developing the team, and helping improve the way we work through automation and process improvements. You will work closely with different teams across the business in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Provider Invoice Management team.
- Ensure timely and accurate validation of provider invoices in line with KPIs and internal standards.
- Manage invoice discrepancies and support effective communication with providers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reporting for management.
- Drive process improvements, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT, and regional/global teams.
- Support implementation of new tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in invoice management, financial operations, or accounts payable.
- Previous experience leading teams in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, or transformation projects.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, reporting, and operational data.
- Fluent English required, French and/or Dutch would be a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
