What you do
As a Local Operations Team Manager Ops RSA Support & Admin, you will lead a cohesive team where all role Ops Support & admin roles: operations support, coaching, expert, and key users, work collaboratively towards shared goals:
- Team Management and Development:
- Guide and mentor the team to achieve collective performance goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
- Conduct performance reviews and facilitate development plans that align with organizational objectives
- Operational and System Efficiency:
- Oversee RSA operations support and admin, ensuring seamless coordination and communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective troubleshooting issues and enhancing functionality for all team members.
- Implement process improvements using data-driven insights, leading initiatives for system and process enhancements to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordination with other RSA Operations departments:
- Coordinate and align with the other RSA Departments on the various joint topics, e.g. communication with Team Leaders regarding introduction of new functionalities in the tools (Key User activities), necessary Platform process improvements to ensure Admin activities can run smoothly, etc.
- Additionally, the RSA Ops support and Admin Manager will be expected to support the Head of RSA Ops Benelux in the various workstreams ongoing (or new ones)
Health, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure team awareness of evacuation and security procedures, maintaining a safe and tidy work area.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations, notifying the manager of any issues or training needs.
- Participate in training for new schemes and policy changes, undertaking other projects or initiatives as needed.
- What you bring
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, essential for understanding and improving team dynamics and operational processes.
- 5+ Years in Team Management: Demonstrated ability to transition from initial management roles to effectively coordinating direct team managers, enhancing day-to-day operations and overall team performance.
- Team Coordination : Proven track record in supporting and coordinating a Ops support and admin team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration at the team level.
- Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Essential for managing Team Leaders and fostering a positive team environment, with a focus on direct engagement and support to cultivate strong relationships and team cohesion
- Project Management skills: the role requires strong project management skills, detail-oriented and strategic mindset. The profile will need to show ability to structure actions to allow smooth implementation of improvement actions and run of Ops support & Admin activities.
