POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Partner and Product Configuration Specialist is placed within the Operations Steering and Transformation division, operating at a global, cross-LOB level. This position oversees and optimizes the end-to-end process of the business partner- and product-configuration in back-end systems. It includes the efficient and accurate business partner and product configuration incl. maintenance, collaboration with various departments of Allianz Partners and ensures alignment with customer requirements. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and accuracy.
Primary objectives of this role include next to the aforementioned configuration and customization of IT systems and products a deep business understanding across all LOBs of Allianz Partners in order to translate this understanding in the most efficient way into back-end systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage the business partner- and product-configuration on cross-LOB level which includes the following tasks:
1.1.Acknowledge customer journey to identify all relevant data touchpoints
1.2.Alignment with stakeholders and in the team on needed details and most efficient way of implementation
1.3.Enter and maintain master data, agreements, commission schemes, master contracts, open policies etc.
2. Handling the run business which includes the following tasks:
2.1.Trouble shooting (in case of issues)
2.1.1.Organize & prioritize requests
2.1.2.Recognize and solve issues
2.1.3.Analyze & share outcomes
2.1.4.Escalate to management, when needed
2.2.Enhancements
3. Utilize Agile methodologies to manage workflows and project delivery
4. Ensure close alignment with stakeholders to achieve business needs and objectives
5. Process Optimization: Oversee the design and optimization of business partner- & product configuration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
5.1.Strong knowledge of efficient data triage
5.2.Holistic picture of all impacted processes and data touchpoints for all LOBs
5.3.Knowledge of GDPR and data laws (e.g. time periods of keeping data)
6. Customer Journey: Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, experience and usability by delivering accurately configured data and addressing configuration-related issues promptly and effectively
6.1.VoC/PCS: Highly relevant to support rating-target
6.2.Customer Centricity: Ability to put oneself in the shoes of the customer
7. Ensure the integrity, accuracy and security of data throughout the systems
8. Log and monitor all web activities by using appropriate applications to ensure transparency and traceability
9. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure quality and functionality
10. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance business partner- & product-configuration processes
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and system performance
12. Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use
