Claims Agent

We are looking for a Claims Officer to join our team and support the end-to-end claims handling process. The role involves working with customers, assessing claims, and ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately
- Assess claim validity and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to collect information and provide updates
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners when needed
- Follow process guidelines and manage daily workload targets
Candidate profile:
- German – advanced (C1)
- English – good level
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- AI and Machine Learning Utilized for predictive analytics and fraud detection.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) General AI applications in customer service and claims processing.
- Business Intelligence Important for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Organized and able to work in a structured environment
- Team player
