Warranty Claims Assessor : Automotive

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have solid technical knowledge of vehicles? Join our team and contribute to managing warranty claims for leading automotive brands.

🔹 What you will do:

  • Handle warranty claims through an online portal
  • Review documents and decide whether claims are approved or rejected
  • Ensure all claims meet policy terms and conditions
  • Communicate with dealers/service partners regarding claim status
  • Monitor claims and ensure they are processed within deadlines
  • Identify potential fraud cases and escalate when needed
  • Handle more complex cases or complaints when required

🔹 Must-have requirements:

 Prior experience in the automotive industry (preferably technical/mechanical)
✅ Good understanding of motor vehicle systems
✅ Fluency in one of the following language combinations:

  • English & French
  • English & Italian
  • German & French
  • German & Italian
  • Experience working with customers or partners (customer support or similar)
  • AI and Machine Learning  Utilized for predictive analytics and fraud detection.​
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)  General AI applications in customer service and claims processing.​
  • Business Intelligence  Important for decision-making and strategic planning.
  •  Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

🔹 Nice to have:

➕ Technical certification (e.g. Motor Vehicle Technician or similar)
➕ Experience with warranty or claims processes
