Are you ready to be the voice of calm in stressful situations? Join our RSA team at Allianz Partners, where you’ll help customers facing emergency roadside situations like car breakdowns, accidents, or wrong fuel mishaps. Whether it's a flat tire or a car that won’t start, your role will be to ensure help is on the way—fast.


What You'll Do:
You will rotate between Front Office (FO) and Back Office (BO) duties as your skills develop but at first you ll be working on Front Office only.

Front Office (FO) – Inbound Calls

  • Answer emergency calls from customers needing roadside help.
  • Gather essential details and quickly assess the situation.
  • Coordinate the right assistance for each case.

Back Office (BO) – Coordination & Follow-Up:

  • Dispatch: Arrange emergency transport through our systems and liaise with Business Partners (BPs).
  • Follow-Up Calls: Organize extra services (car rentals, vehicle return, pickups).
  • Social Calls: Contact customers post-incident to ensure all needs are met.

Training & Development

We invest in your success from day one:

  • Duration: 4–6 months
  • Structure: 3 progressive training phases, each with hands-on practice.
  • Support: One-on-one guidance from trainers, regular feedback, and clear growth paths.
  • Once you’re fully multi-skilled, you’ll continue developing with a new trainer focused on your long-term success.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Regular Shifts: 08:00 – 23:00 (Mon–Sun)
  • Night Shifts: Only after completing full training and skill mastery (every 2 months for 5–7 days)
  • Weekend Shifts: Assigned once you’re confident and skilled in at least two areas
  • Shift schedules are fair and balanced, managed with your Team Leader.
