Craftsmen Support Consultant (German-Speaking)

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Craftsmen Support Consultant (German-Speaking), you’ll use your technical expertise in craftsmanship and building maintenance to support our German-speaking clients. You won’t just be answering calls—you’ll be providing real solutions, advising customers on repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality service. Your experience in skilled trades will be invaluable in helping customers with their inquiries and ensuring their concerns are handled efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Problem-Solving: Guide customers through repair and maintenance processes with expert advice.
- Complaint Resolution: Understand customer issues and ensure swift solutions using your trades knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Supervise and coordinate specialist teams to uphold high standards.
- Technical Training: Lead training sessions on property insurance law and repair standards.
- Project Development: Contribute to improving repair processes through automation, system enhancements, and new guidelines.
Your Expertise:
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g., Window Manufacturing, Painting, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical Work, Roofing, Glazing, or Sanitary/Heating/Air Conditioning Technology).
- Extensive knowledge of building repair and maintenance.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills, working well with customers and teams alike.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Basic IT knowledge and openness to new technologies.
